Makers Air is committed to your safety.
To our valued passengers,
As always, Makers Air regards the safety of our guests and employees with utmost priority and importance. We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and want to let you know that we are working daily to assess any new impacts and updates to travel policies from the appropriate authorities. We are committed to providing you with the relevant information you need to make informed travel decisions.
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR UPCOMING MAKERS AIR FLIGHT?
Due to increasing Bahamian travel restrictions (links below) we are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls. In order to serve our guests quickly and efficiently, we have implemented a mandatory Travel Reschedule Form. This will be the only method for canceling a Makers Air flight. Please click the link and follow the steps to cancel your flight. Once the form is submitted, our reservations team will issue you a voucher in the full amount to be used for future travel valid within the next 18 months. Go to the Travel Reschedule Form.
NEED TO RETURN HOME?
Due to increased travel restrictions, many travelers currently in the Bahamas are seeking flights back to Florida. If you are in the Bahamas and would like to return to South Florida, please fill out the “Take Me Home” Form. Once we receive the form, we’ll be able to contact you with flight options and help you get back. We are also currently assisting small groups in many Bahamian Out Islands who wish to be part of a “shared charter” option for departing the Bahamas by air. These passengers should also fill out the “Take Me Home” Form. For urgent situations, please contact [email protected] or call 954-383-2774.
Questions about our cancellation policy.
MAKERS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
Makers Air is taking proactive measures to maintain a safe environment across all of our aircraft and passenger lounges, including the use of high-grade disinfectants and sanitizing cleaners on all surfaces both pre and post flight.
