This includes a notarized letter of consent from both parents, a death certificate, or the original court document confirming sole custody. All pets traveling to the Bahamas must obtain an import permit from the Bahamas Department of Agriculture prior to arrival.

In accordance with Bahamas government regulations, passengers may not bring fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, poultry, eggs, flowers, or plants into the Bahamas unless they have obtained an Agriculture Permit in advance. This voucher is valid for travel within 12 months and cancellation fees will apply, as outlined below.
