When you purchase a Guaranteed Cargo Block (available in 25 lb, 50 lb, or 100 lb increments), your shipment is prioritized—even if that means other cargo must be offloaded to accommodate yours. This ensures that your items travel on your scheduled flight, giving you total peace of mind.

You must follow all proper shipping protocols per Bahamas government regulation, including Click2Clear registration, duties, levies, and required broker fees.
Filling out this form does not constitute approval for shipment.
Our Freight Department must review it first and will then contact you to finalize your payment.
Guaranteed Cargo Block Policy
Any unaccompanied items, including passenger excess luggage and Guaranteed Cargo Delivery, are subject to duty and must have receipts and invoices for all items contained within. You are responsible for paying duty, VAT and other applicable fees. If you plan to accompany your Guaranteed Cargo on the flight, please click here to submit your necessary documents for the Bahamas Exempt app.
No passenger may bring fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, poultry, eggs, flowers or plants without an Agriculture Permit issued to them by the government of the Bahamas. Passenger must apply and pay for permit a minimum of 72 hours prior to departure. Bahamas customs has the right to open and inspect all baggage, coolers, boxes and other passenger belongings. Items may be confiscated by Bahamas Customs without proper permitting.

Change & Cancellation Policy
Changes made more than 48 hours before departure – No change fee applies. You will receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note extensions beyond 12 months will not be granted.
Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of departure – A 25% fee will be charged.
Changes within 8 hours of departure – No changes are permitted, and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
